I have purchased Microsoft Office 2016 Professional Pro Plus and I am having trouble with it.  I can't print any of my email messages and It keeps asking for me to register it on line and then it says I can't do it at this time. I can open any of my excel file.....Grrrr.  I have a notary business and I keep all my records in Excel.  I have communicated with Microsoft Tech's and they can't fix it.  Said I have to contact you all.  Their case # is 1408770747 and 1408708421.  Would please contact me ASP.  ALSO I DO NOT KNOW WHAT FORUM CATEGORY TO SEND.
