I am creating a query in Access 2016. I need to convert a decimal number to hex. In the function list there is "Hex" and "Hex$". Both of them is fine because I will need the numbers as string.

When I want to run the query the system tells that:

Undefined function 'Hex' in expression.

(Replacing Hex with diffenrent functions in the function list the program runs fine, so it could be a special problem with 'Hex' and  'Hex$'.
