I have an web application which is developed in asp.net and deployed in secured https . Now i would like to add that website in the client's IE trusted sites, when they access this web application.

Is this possible or not?

as far as I know it is not possible.

It will logically break the concept for the security zone in Internet Explorer.

It is changeable only over AD or probably also local group policy or registry files.
