I am using apilogger to debug a script.  The first time I start apilogger, it starts fine, but whenever I stop it and try to restart it I get this error:

"Error creating named pipe"

Does anyone know how to solve this -- I cannot easily start and stop the OCS front end service since it is being used for a lot of testing.

As far as I know, you have to start and stop the Front End service to make this work.  One option, if you are going to be doing this type of development and testing, is to install an OCS Standard Edition server (in a VM if you need to) and then home a couple of test users on that FE instead of your production server(s).  You can then debug your script using that server and the test users and start/stop the server without affecting your production system.
