Please help me why? I using wim file from source 14393.0.160715-1616.RS1_RELEASE_CLIENTENTERPRISE_S_EVAL_X64FRE_EN-US.ISO

Do you already have a valid catalog file?  If not, then you should probably press "yes" and create one.
