I have an existing add-on product id that I want to change the product type for. My understanding is that this cannot be done. The add-on is a e-book and the product id is the book's ISBN. The app is already available and in use on other platforms using the ISBN as the product ID so I need to make this work somehow.

The type is currently set to consumable but I want it to be durable. Is there a way to leave it as consumable but never let is be consumed (so that it functions as if it were durable)?
