Am I correct in assuming that WES-7 (and Windows-7) can only be resident on an NTFS partition?   I have a customer trying to boot off Flash (not SSD), and they can't find a way to make the O/S resident partition anything other than NTFS.   (Other partitions formatted FAT or FAT32 are supported, I know.)
