I need to display kind of a trainingsplan for athletic sports. This isn't the problem. But it should be possible to report the results of the training for each training session. And these don't have to be in a period. So for a grid this would mean I have to add a new Column each time a training session was finished and since I'm working with WPF and Bindings I don't like to affect this process. Is there a way to change the grid to vertical display mode or how would you handle this.

I know it's maybe a little hard to understand since it's also hard to explain^^ but the image should explain how i would like to do it. The category isn't that important. I could handle that with the grouping function.
