I need Event Sink and/or Transport Agent for Exch 2000/03/07/10, which could store email into specific user's mailbox folder (and create it if not exists). Any help where to start?

I dont this option is availble in server end. With configuration of Server side rules in outlook or Webaccess rules can do this  for you
