I've already SQL SERVER 2008 in my machine, and I would like to install SQL SERVER EXPRESS too ! Is that gonna create a problem instance in my machine when the instance will run ???

Yes you can - just give the express version a different instance name. (It has a different one by default "SQLEXPRESS" instead of "MSSQLSERVER" - but do check that the existing version isn't anonymous - it shouldn't cause a problem if it is, but...)

I would also be wary of installing a later version of Express over an earlier full version. Again, in theory it'll work, but I've had problems with the installation order of SQL and VS, so I wouldn't bet on it...:laugh:
