Could you share screenshot about your question, please? Did you create a custom project template as this Dose said: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/visualstudio/ide/how-to-create-project-templates?view=vs-2019 ?

Have you encountered any error during installation?

Please Use command line devenv.exe /safemode that prevents all third-party VS Packages from loading when Visual Studio starts, thus ensuring stable execution.
