Can any one help me regarding how to integrate US postal service shipping rates into my .net application.I alredy registered with USPS.com and searched a lot for samples. but no use.

You'll either have to use their API and SDK. I know at one point you could order CDs that had the rates on them. Or, you can use a 3rd party company that will keep them up to date for you. They typically do all shippers so they will also include rates for UPS, FedEx, etc.
