I need to process the incoming file and invoke Service A and with the same income message I check a value if it is present then I need to make call to service B.

First of all you will have to promote the field as distinguished upon which you want to decide to call Service B or Not.

Have a decide shape and check for the value , ok then call the service B.

Calling Service A should not be problem , I guess .
