It seems the OCS R2 SDK link on MSDN is broken. Clicking on http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=141225 leads (after a redirect or two) to the generic Microsoft download page: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/Search.aspx?displaylang=en.

Does anybody know where to get the R2 SDK from? And while we're at it, shouldn't there be an R2 version of the other SDKs as well? I see UCMA but there appears to be an AJAX SDK, a MOC R2 and a Unified Communications Client R2 SDK missing in action. Seeing that we need a new MOC for the new OCS I'd suppose you also need an updated SDK.
