Hello; I'm not sure this is the right forum for my question, but I've been sent here from the "Where is the forum for..." section and I can't find a more appropriate forum.

I want to develop a program based on RTC Client API (the last version) but I'm unable to find the needed rtcdll.dll library. I have the latest version of Windows SDK; I'm using Windows Vista Business but I have also Windows Vista Ultimate, and I can't find rtcdll.dll in neither of them. I also tried to download the RTC Client SDK:

only to find out that it doesn't install because Windows Vista isn't among the supported platforms.

Last, I also tried to manually move the DLL from a Windows XP Professional installation; it doesn't work on Vista because of missing dependencies or something.

What can I do, where can I find this file? And once I've found it, do I have to register it manually or it comes with an installer?
