Custom Cursor CSS works weird, it keeps swapping between custom cursor and default cursor when you click.

Can someone tells me what to do to fix it ?

It works but when I click or change pages, it keeps swapping into default cursor then immediately change into custom cursor again, it is very weird.

Do your other pages include the JavaScript library references?  That may be what the issue is.  They are only needed while you are working in blend, so try removing them from all but your first page.
