I would like to know if there are any options for the project administrator to lock certain features like "Changing work item type" or "change template" or "move work item to another project" or other options in a right click menu for certain group of users within the project.

Also, I want to refresh the backlog view often. How can I include a refresh button just like the one in the query view ? i want to manually refresh the backlog view page whenever i make some changes.
