I'm using sharepoint 365 as a workflow tool. Around 300 people on daily basis are entering there their queries. After implementation of 365 sharepoint we faced significant issue. Instead of using one view as we did with previous sharepoint version now we must create few different views to be able to see all the requests as they are logged in more than 5000 lines. Is there any possibility to turn off 5000 lines viewing restriction? Believe or not but this change may extend hard life of hundreds lives as they use this sharepoint on daily basis and they are frustrated. Thanks Tom

5000 lines restriction is intentionally set in SharePoint to avoid performance issues. Though I'm not sure of the exact requirement above, you could modify the single view by adding some filters like "Created By" is equal to "[Me]". This would show only the items created by the Logged in user. You could also consider paging to limit the number of items in a page or use SharePoint Search.
