Does anyone know if WEC7 is FIPS certified or modules in WEC7 are FIPS certified?

WinCE 6.0 is certified because of the RSAENH module (enhanced cryptographic provider) in it. Could it be the same case for WEC7?

Doesn't seem to be FIPS certified, but you will find contact information to dig further.
