I want increase size and position of text box but can't do well.

To change the size just click on it. Then you will see squares around the edges. You can drag a square to change the size. Try it and explore how it works. Alternatively right-click on the control the select "Properties". You can change the Location and Size there. You should look at all the properties; you won't understand all of them but it will help to begin learning about them.

To quickly and easily center the control go to the "Format" menu then click on "Center in Form". You can center either vertically or horizontally.
