我是来自瑞士的学生，我尝试通过dreamspark注册Windows Phone开发中心帐户。由于我用美国税表填写了这一步骤，似乎我在"提交应用程序>"中退了几步。现在加入"过程。

I am a student from Switzerland and I tried to register for a Windows Phone Dev Center account via dreamspark. Since I filled out the step with the US tax form it seems that I am a few steps back in the "Submit App > Join Now" process.

If I click submit app, then join now I can click next till the form Account info. And there has nothing  changed in this form and I didn't change anything but if I click next I stay on this page and get the error:

"Something happened while saving your changes. Try again."

我整天都试了好几次但没有成功。你可以帮我解决注册问题。

I tried again a few times the whole day without success. Can you please help me to fix that Problem with the registration.
