Hi,

On the sandcastle blog, and other places, I find statements that the project is still alive, and that soon (that message was early july) a new version was to be released.

As there are no other signs of live, that's the plans with Sandcastle?

I'm about to set up a documentation build for my project, but what tool to use?

I don't think there's any alternative to Sandcastle for .NET 3 documentation, at least not for free.  No idea how well the current Sandcastle version could handle .NET 4 but I guess an update would be necessary for that.

I agree that the total silence and the lack of an updated MSI build are troubling.  Did Anand Raman get run over by a truck, or leave on a mission for Mars or something?
