Hello sir:

This is Balaji.N form India(Tamil Nadu). As i am regularly visiting the code-project website. I had a confusion regarding about the D&B Developer Challenge. The first day of posting this challenge competition in Code project site there is no country restriction to participate in this contest but i am visiting at July first their is a one more criteria to participate.

Before i see that i could able to preparing the steps for the contest and i am learning the information about D&B Developer Sandbox. So please say whether i could be able to participate to this contest.
