Hello All,

We use Team Foundation Server 2015.2.1. We use vNext Build Agents for automated builds and deployments. For monitoring the Build agents status I would like to generate an alert when it goes offline. Can anyone please help me how to create an alerts for the agent pools.

Is there any possibility to create an alert to the existing dash board web front or need to create a new dash board to generate alerts for the agent existing status.

Thank you for posting here.

There is no such feature in TFS now. As a workaround, you could try to create an email alert based on the status of the build agent service like the following link:

Then you will get an email alert if the build service stop on the build agent server. Or you could try to write your own PS script to achieve that. For more information, you could refer to the following thread:
