I have tried a couple of USB 3.0 cards. Currently, an Orico PME-4u. With the MS driver.    It almost works...

All config verifier tests are green check marks except for the USB card and the video streams.  The spot for the Kinect flips between green check and red x, the USB shows as "unknown, may work"  Vid streams show as "0 frames" when it is connected.  There are no other USB devices connected to this card.

I get a message in the lower-left of my desktop "not enough USB controller resources"

My computer is an HP   HPE-500y and the USB is plugged into a PCI express slot - short version.

Any ideas how to get this working, or a suggestion for a USB card that has no issues?
