I have a requirement to access the file present in UNC path.

访问文件时，应用程序抛出文件没有异常，文件大小显示为0 KB。

While accessing the file, application throws file not exception and file size is shown as 0 KB.

同一文件显示大小>在Windows资源管理器中复制并粘贴时为0 KB。

The same file shows size > 0 KB when copied and pasted in windows explorer.

Is this the limitation or by design from Framework side?
