This KB modified System.Web and referencesource cant load PDB now. Any chance to have this updated? Or something wrong on my side?

Reference source for hotfixes, particularly security updates (which is what this KB refers to), are currently not published on the reference source server. Only major .NET releases and SP's are published as reference source baselines. Security releases obviously have source disclosure sensitivity.
