I log in through my company id, but I am unable to see the Test tab next to Build. Please suggest.

我建议您检查权限（访问级别）。如果您拥有"利益相关者"访问级别，您将无法看到"测试"选项卡。确保您具有"基本"访问级别，以查看VSTS门户中的"测试"选项卡。 

I would suggest you check the permissions (access level). If you have "Stakeholder" access level, you won’t be able to see "Test" tab. Make sure you have "Basic" access level to see "Test" tab in VSTS portal.
