I've seen the sample to do a Green Screen effect, however it resizes the color data to the depth image size. What's the proper way to do Green Screen without resizing the color frame?

Right now I'm thinking of making a binary image in depth image resolution that has masked out the players I want. Then I would interpolate this image upto 1080P and use it to mask out the color data.

Now that I think about it, my idea would not work, I can't just do an interpolation, I'd need a mapper function, but I can't seem to find one that would do what I want (i.e. a depth frame to color space function that operated on a body index frame).
