I am working with a Raspberry PI 2 IoT win 10 installation and when I purchased the kit it came with a Element 14 WiPi adapter which if I am correct runs of a realtek chipset.

Please advise if this is capable of working with the current version of Win 10 IoT core? The version number that I have is 10.0.10240

The WiPi adapter does not work on this current version of Windows 10 IoT core. The only WiFi adapter working is the official raspberry pi wifi adapter.

The future version of the Windows 10 IoT will have more Wi-Fi chipset support. Hope that helps.
