I'm developed an application and need publish in WP7,

i tried publish application hidden in app store (needed with only my client see this application), but failed tests.

this occurs why only works in phones registered in database.

The Phones are registered with web application and is my client have a control to add and remove users in phone.

how do i for publish application in phones without microsoft tests ?
it is possible ?

It sounds like you need to provide our testers with some information/credentials to test your app fully. You can include certification notes in the "upload" page, under "more options".

You can always submit an e-form so we can get accurate clarification on the test failure.
