we have a mature platform for downloading account, campaign and keyword performance data, which has been operating correctly for some time.  However today, for a given account, we are receiving account and keyword data but no campaign data.  There are no exceptions or errors, the file is well-formed but contains no rows, which contradicts the account and keyword reports.
