我有excel，word和pdf文件现在正在工作。但是，Oulook .msg文件显示以下错误：

Hi all,

I have an issue where I was unable to open attachments from TFS. I found the main issue was the file types had no association to them for some reason.

I have excel, word and pdf files now working. However Oulook .msg files show the following error:

"Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. the command Line argument is not valid. Verify the switch you are using."

the same error occurs if Outlook is open or closed. I have repaired Office and restarted the VDI however it still doesn't work.

any one able to shed any light?

Thank you for posting here.

It should be outlook issue. Which version of office do you install?  What about other users, do they have same issue?

Please try check below things to correct this issue:

• Is there earlier version of Office still installed on the computer? If possible, please try to install Office in clean operation system to check if the issue persists.
• Please set the Outlook as the default programs by the following steps base on your windows OS: (Windows 7 for example) Click on Start > Control Panel > All Control Panel Items > Default Programs > Set your default programs > Choose Microsoft Outlook on the left pane >  click Set the programs as default > OK
• Try to type outlook /resetnavpane in the run (Win+R) window and click OK to check if it can start correctly.
• Please check have you ever set the compatibility for outlook.exe, clean them is set before, please reference http://support.microsoft.com/kb/252304

If the issue still exist, I suggest you uninstall then reinstall the office, then check this again.
