Can anybody tell me which is the fastest & more efficient way to enter data to any database. I have been using MS Access database to save data which is quite slow while putting large amount of data into it within a span of 500 ms. So i need a method to enter the data to MS Access database which is more efficient & faster. Also if there are other databases which are faster in performing such operation do let me know.

I suspect that you'd be far better off basing your application on another database product. Access is a great product for tiny, single user systems, but performance rapidly decreases as the database grows and the number of users approaches 5. For several years now, Microsoft has offered a free version of SQL Server called SQL Server Express[^]. It's quite powerful, and I believe far more efficient and robust than Access. I'm not knocking Access; I've used a lot of commercially successful apps that were based on it, unreliable as it was. But it would have been a lot nicer experience if those products had used SQL Server in any form.
