Setting up a testing environment using Project Server. 3 servers all running Server 08 R2, Sharepoint Server also has Project Server, The Domain controller is also running Exchange 2010, and the SQL Server running QL 2008. Logging in, using Sharepoint and Project Server and sending emails via Outlook all work just fine...

Problem is Sharepoint/Project Server cannot send emails or tasks when making or updating a project. The Application Event Log has the error, ""Mail delivery failed. Unable to contact the SMTP server servername.domainname.com on port 25"

I have checked all settings I can think of and cant see why it cant be contacted. I have followed the steps to setup Project Server from technet (and verified the settings in from the video) but still nothing.
