What I am trying to implement in BizTalk orchestration is: I have a EDW database which needs to be polled only when there is some kind of events happened on one table. Once the event has happened on the table I have other destination system database table which store condition like Data_Required from EDW. If that value is 'Yes' than I have to polled and get the result set from EDW database.

So I have done following as part of implementation: I have created SQL Notification schema from Consume adapter service which will be used incase any event happened on EDW table. Than I have created schema for destination system databases which returns Data_Required from EDW status and my third schema is actual EDW data schema.

All the above 3 actions are interdependant and should happen sequentially but they have different types of schema so I could not implement convoy with correlation since there is no correlation id matching all these schemas..

You can correlate using the BTS.ReceivePortname like that, there is lot available. this will work, i have solved the same issue once...
