Some of my BingAds API used to under Microsoft. The API key doesn't work for those account? What is the way to get today's spend if the getmonthlyspend call doesn't work for those account.

Please clarify, are you having authentication issues with your DeveloperToken or w/ GetAccountMonthlySpend? The GetAccountMonthlySpend operation returns a monthly total, and to get a daily amount you should use the Reporting service.
