In July 7 I  signed up for the Windows Developer Program for IoT in possibility to earn an Intel Galileo. I received a confirmation saying that "we’ll let you know when your kit has shipped" I waited for a long time (until now) and I never received another email or anything about. 

I want my kit. 

How to contact microsoft to solve this problem?

Hi,

there is a 'hidden' contact form. Go to the connect homepage, click on help. Afterwards a ppup will show up. There is in the top center a link called "connect help".
