I have a trial Office356 developer site and attempting to build a prototype Visual Studio 2013 Cloud Business App. I have a developer site set up (for illustration assume https://not-my-real-company.sharepoint.com/sites/dev) and can browse to it from a web browser. For the second, I get the message below. I think this is caused by an authentication error because it is the same message I get if I send in an invalid password.

As a final clue, I attempted to https://not-my-real-company.sharepoint.com/sites/dev/_vti_bin/listdata.svc directly into the browser. When I do, it tells me I do not have permission but can request permission. It never prompts for a different user name or password. I also sent myself the "request" for access but do not see any messages on my Office365 dashboard.
