I'm looking for a little bit of guidance on how to approach the following problem. I would like to implement a pub / sub scenario using pure messaging (no orchestrations), where the input message is actually placed on AS/400 Data Queue.  I would like to configure a receive location that uses some kind of adapter to receive the message that was placed on th AS / 400 Data Queue.  My understanding though is that in  (more specifically, HIS 2010), the ability to talk to Data Queues have been removed.

Does this mean, I will have to write a custom adapter for an AS400 Data Queue?  Are there any alternate approaches (for example, is there an AS400 Q -> MSMQ bridge, similar to the MQSeries-MSMQ bridge).  Is there anyone out there who has any relevant experience.

There is a similar post for BizTalk 2009 here, but I'm not sure it applies since Microsoft has removed support for DataQueues in 2010.  Even in the older version, it didn't seem like there was an adapter for this.
