我今天早上一直在测试我的应用程序的一些变化，一切正常，包括动态的HTTP 2方式发送端口。

I've been testing some changes this morning to my application and everything was working fine, including the dynamic HTTP 2 way send port in question.

Then everything stops and each message eventually fails with:

I tested the app I'm calling at this address from the web browser on the very same BizTalk server which is having problems and it works fine.

日志中没有任何限制或其他任何指示。除了上面加粗的通知或错误之外，没有任何通知或错误。 

There is NO indication of throttling or anything else in the logs. Not a single notification or error except the bolded one above. 

即使在重新启动服务器后，此问题仍然存在。

This problem is persisting even after a total server reboot.

Does anyone have any clue where I should start digging? This is a frustrating mystery.

Fiddler  使用
流程资源管理器查看http请求的去向以及是它的内容。 

Could you see anything in event log, or better try using Fiddler  with process explorer to see where is the http request going and what is the content of it.
