Hello,

I have a problem with PollGenerateReport. In the last few days I get the message "The specified report id is invalid. Please use a valid report id.". The report id that I use comes from the SubmitGenerateReport. The report id should work when I look at the id it looks exactly the same as a report requested before. The xxxxxxxxx are numbers only. Why do I get the invalid report id error? could it be that the request after the SubmitGenerateReport happens to quickly?

Hi Jorik,

A couple of things you can try, which are fairly simple and worth your time are:

• Check if UserName for PollGenerateReport differs from UserName in SubmitGenerateReport. In other words you may not poll for a report unless you are the user who submitted it.
• Try waiting 60 seconds to see if it works
