I use the API to schedule a keyword performance report in order to obtain 'historical quality score'. It seems that historical quality score are not available for 'yesterday' or before yesterday' => the report returns allways 0 for that data. It returns some data different from 0 for today minus 3 days.

The same happens through Bing Ads Web interface.
