While creating a new report, not unlike many others, I went to change the Page Header height to zero.  Crystal Reports will not let me - even though I have nothing in the Page Header.  In the properties, grayed out, it tells me that the Page Header MinimumHeight property setting is 884.

Can anyone tell me where on earth the MinimumHeight value comes from.  I have successfully set the Page Header height to 0 on other reports.  I cannot imagine what I did on this report to create a different situation.

I had the same problem this morning.  It occurred after I used the "style expert".  The only way around it I could find was to delete existing sections where I needed to reduce height was to delete the group and create a new one to replace it - the system magically stops enforcing its "minimumun height" constraint.  I know this is not a great solution..but for me this was simpler than creating a new report from scratch.
