我试过重新下载 我的计算机的realtek高清音频，但每次下载到最后一个部分我得到这个错误0x0000000D为什么我得到这个，我怎么能解决它，因为我的电脑根本没有声音。

ive tried re downloading  realtek HD audio for my computer but every time it gets to the last parto f downloading it i get this error 0x0000000D why am i getting this and how can i fix it because atm my computer has no sound at all.
