How to INSERT html tags into SQL database and DELETE it from SQL Database using ASP.NET

For eg: I want to insert link: "Home" into database and also want to delete on button click event from database

this link is viewed through grid view and we are unable to delete on button click from database


want solution as earliest as possible.
