I recently bought Office 365 and use this both on laptop and on desktop.

You need Microsoft Access in order to open an .accdb file. If you want to open it in Design view, you'll need the full version of Access installed. If you want to open it to enter/edit data, print reports, etc, then you can use the Runtime version of Access.

并非所有版本的Office365都包含Access（大多数都可以，但是不是全部）。如果您的版本不包含Access，并且您需要在设计模式下打开数据库，则必须将O365升级到包含Access的版本。

Not all versions of Office365 include Access (most do, but not all). If your version does not include Access, and you need to open the database in Design mode, you would have to upgrade your O365 to one that includes Access.
