It makes no sense at all. ASP.NET has nothing to do with the browsers; they are used on client side and can be… well, anything.

The browser cannot be a part of requirements, except one: a Web application should remain reasonable usable, well readable and recognizable no matter which browser is used. You cannot achieve fully identical results due to difference and incompatibilities in different layout engines, but you should preserve basic look and functionality.

If someone requires support of some particular browser, this is simply the lame; why should we even discuss such lameness? :-)
