Sorry for continuing the thread here, but I keep getting 500's trying to reply to my original post. When generating my classes, I have followed the documentation, but I was using the wsdl2java ant task and I was using the namespace/package option. On the possibility that the ant task or the namespace/package option was causing my issues, I then generated the classes using the instructions from the page you referenced: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/adcenter-overview-getting-started-java-with-web-services.aspx#proxy 

I used the documented command, but  took the wsdl address from: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-US/library/adcenter-overview-web-service-addresses.aspx  ( When generating my classes, I am using the the wsdls published at that location) resulting in:

java org.apache.axis.wsdl.WSDL2Java -a https://adcenterapi.microsoft.com/Api/Advertiser/v8/CampaignManagement/CampaignManagementService.svc?wsdl
The generated java resulted in 3 "Null" classes:

DownloadStatusNull.java
AdDistributionNull.java
DownloadEntityFilterNull.java

Just for grins, I tried using the https://sandboxapi.adcenterapi.microsoft.com/Api/Advertiser/v8/CampaignManagment/CampaignManagementService.svc?wsdl and the following resulted:

ChangeTypeNull.java
AdDistributionNull.java

So I'm still mystified about how I'm getting these Null classes and you aren't.
