Using the V7 Customer Service API in java,  the timezone value returned in the Account data structure found in the GetAccountResponse object can be null sometimes.  Sometimes it is not null. In the cases that it is null, I can go into the AdCenter web console  and see that the account in question is showing a default timezone value. I can't figure out why for some accounts this is a problem and for others it is not. Is this a known bug? Is there a workaround? Any light that could be shed on this issue would be greatly appreciated.
